When will we receive our referral? I thought it might be fun to post a poll so that all of our family, friends, and blogroll reader friends could take a guess on the time frame for our referral. It is posted on the left side of our blog. Be sure to vote! There isn't a prize, just bragging rights to those who guessed correctly.

I just "leaped" over to your page from the comment you left. It looks like we have a lot in common and we should get our good news about adoption in the same time frame. It's nice to "meet" you.

I just happened to find your blog while on the internet tonight. We adopted our son Matthew from the Philippines in November of 2004, he was 16 months when he arrived home, and he is now 4 1/2 years old, although he seems to think he is much older. Our daughter Marli just arrived home from Vietnam this past November 2007, she is 19 months old.
I would love to chat with you sometime regarding the Philippines, travel, adoption, etc. and any questions you may have. It was a wonderful experience. We waited 15 months for Matthew's referral, then another 5 months for travel, but we wouldn't change a thing.
