Yea! We heard news this morning that Levi's visa medical has been set for July 27th and his visa exit interview for July 30th. I was hoping for the dates to be scheduled a little sooner as we had hoped to travel the first week of August. At least they are scheduled. It looks that we will travel now travel around the 3rd week of August if everything continues to move along smoothly. Please pray that his medical review goes well and that he passes with flying colors so that there won't be any hold-ups.

Yay! Now that Dennis and I have gotten our referral, we're paying close attention to the timelines of those who are waiting to travel. We can only hope we will have a short wait like you guys! I'll be praying that Levi passes his medical review and that everything continues to go to smoothly for you!
Wow! I'm so glad that your timeline is moving along quickly. I wonder what makes some go so fast, while others seem to take forever? Maybe it has something to do with Holt. They seem like a great agency, very on top of things happening over there.

This is fantastic news! You are another step closer to Levi. Things have moved along so smoothly and hopefully everything continues on the same. Is it possible that you will be travelling the same time as Julie? That would be cool! I hope that everything goes well with the medical.

We have had a wonderful experience with Holt. They are super with communication and so helpful when needed.
Renee~Levi's visa appointments are approximately 2 weeks from Julie's little one, so I am thinking we will travel about 2 weeks after they do. If everything keeps moving the way it has we are hoping to travel the 2nd week of August. If not, it will probably be the last week as we found out today there is some sort of adoption seminar in the Philippines the 3rd week and no one will really be available. I think this applies for every agency. So we have our fingers crossed for the 2nd week. If we were fortunate to travel the 2nd week it would get us back a week before the girls preschool starts up.
Congratulations! I think you can travel the week after the visa appointment, in fact some people on "our round" are leaving two days after the visa appointment.
Jenny, That's great that you've got appointment too! Maybe we'll see you when we're over there, as long as things move along smoothly from here. We booked our tickets for the 18th. We can change the dates if we need to though.
